We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Subprime Finance Manager with at least three years experience in one or more of our franchised dealership locations. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the Hillsdale area .If you are based in or near Hillsdale and are ready to contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you!
Duties
- Work with Subprime finance lenders to secure financing for customers with credit challenges.
- Review and assess customer credit applications, making recommendations for loan approvals or denials.
- Provide education and guidance to customers on financing options and associated terms.
- Negotiate with financial institutions to secure the best possible rates for customers.
- Ensure all finance and insurance paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
- Monitor and manage the subprime portfolio , ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, financial institutions, and lending partners.
- A solid understanding of compliance regulations related to automotive finance and lending.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks.
- Experience in loan processing with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively address client needs and concerns.
- Time management, the ability to handle multiple tasks.
