Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside and Elder Hyundai/Genesis in Macomb, MI, part of the Elder Automotive Group, are seeking a high performing, results-driven Pre-Owned Sales Manager to help continue the growth of our Pre-Owned Sales Departments and maintain our loyal customer base. The ideal candidate will have prior Pre-Owned Auto Sales Management experience with a proven track record for leading successful sales teams.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the acquisition, appraisal, and purchase, of the Pre-Owned Sales inventory
- Responsible for prioritizing and turning service work quickly and efficiently, maintaining inventory quality and appearance standards, maintaining merchandising and pricing strategies as well as managing aged units
- Coach, train, motivate and lead a sales team by example interacting with all potential customers to help close sales
- Develop and manage a professional, highly productive and performance-oriented sales process, financial consultation process, and delivery experience
- Set individual and department sales objectives and maintain productivity reports
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of all aspects of our dealership operation
Requirements:
- Previous progressive automotive management experience required
- Ability to motivate and develop sales consultants to reach sales and performance goals
- Self-motivator with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen
- Professional appearance required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
