MenuMetric - Customer Specialist

MenuMetric is a rapidly growing software company based in Eau Claire, WI. We provide specialized F&I menu and reporting software to Automotive, RV, Marine, and Powersport dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. Our platform helps dealers present, track, and optimize aftermarket product sales.

With our continued client growth, we are seeking an individual to play a key role in leading the setup and ongoing support of new client accounts.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will focus on new account implementation, playing a critical role in configuring and launching new dealership accounts. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure each account is set up accurately, launched successfully, and fully supported from day one.

This role combines customer service, technical setup, and quality assurance. Ideal for someone who enjoys process-driven work and creating an excellent first impression with new clients.

Necessary Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication.
Customer service experience in person or by phone.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Organized and structured.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Computer proficiency.
Microsoft Word and Excel.

Helpful Skills (not required):

Sales experience: automotive, RV, marine or powersport job experience.
Experience in automotive, RV, marine or powersports environments.

This position requires some in office work in Eau Claire, WI. The job will be split between work from home and in office as needed.
