As the Russ Darrow Groups only used car store, you don't have to worry about chasing surveys and manufacturer metrics!

With excellent training, ongoing support from our Management Team, and one of the most aggressive pay plans in Wisconsin — paying on both front and back end gross — Russ Darrow Group offers a sales environment where your effort truly pays off.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs
Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives
Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals
Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business
