Summary
As a Service Advisor at Court Street Ford, you will be the vital link between our customers and our Service team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of automotive care.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs promptly.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed to customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage customer expectations regarding service timelines and costs.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers in the service area.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience in auto estimating is a plus but not required.
