About the Role

The ECU Pro is looking for an approachable and motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our close-knit, three-person customer service team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, helping new clients navigate the sales process while keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
We firmly believe that we can teach you the technical side of the business. As long as you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and a team-player mindset, we will train you on the rest!

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our three-person team, we all pitch in to get the job done. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Customer Support: Assisting new clients through the sales process, answering questions, and providing genuinely helpful service.
- Job Check-Ins: Carefully receiving and checking in daily packages and client jobs.
- Job Check-Outs: Processing completed jobs and ensuring they are ready to head back to the client.
- Team Collaboration: Stepping up to help your teammates wherever it's needed to make sure all daily tasks are completed.

- The "Nice-to-Have": Previous automotive experience or a personal passion for cars is a huge plus! If you don't have experience but are eager to learn, we still want to hear from you.
- Team Mentality: You thrive in a small team environment where everyone supports each other.
Schedule & Hours
- Standard Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Overtime: The ability to occasionally work an hour or two of overtime on busy days is highly useful.
- Shift Flexibility (Bonus!): If you happen to prefer working a 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift, please let us know! It is not required, but it is a great plus for our team's coverage.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
