We’re looking to add a Service Advisor to our team.

Position Summary:
The Service Advisor will be responsible for keeping writing, quoting, closing, and collecting payment for service tickets, providing a positive customer experience, scheduling jobs for the service department.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Answer customer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns.
- Accurately convey customer concerns to repair orders and intern the technician.
- Schedule jobs to keep the service department running efficiently.
- Monitor and grow profitability of the service department
- Ensure accurate quoting and billing of service work both internal and external.
- Help with various yard tasks. (unloading trucks, plowing, etc.)
- Cover the parts department during lunch break, days off, etc.
Schedule:
8 AM - 5 PM - M-F
Rotation of Saturdays 8 AM - 12 PM with day off during the week.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
