Full-Time | $55,000-$75,000 per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)

Leadership Experience Required

Bridgeland Auto Brokers and Candy Cars are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Department Manager to lead and oversee the parts operations for both dealership locations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who has successfully managed an automotive parts department, understands inventory management, and knows how to build an efficient, profitable operation while delivering exceptional service to technicians and customers.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous automotive parts management experience is required.

What You'll Do

Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Departments at both dealership locations
Lead, coach, and develop the parts team
Maintain accurate inventory levels and improve inventory turns
Monitor purchasing, stocking, returns, and obsolescence
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Ensure technicians receive the correct parts quickly to maximize shop productivity
Establish and maintain departmental processes, organization, and accountability
Analyze department performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Work closely with Service Managers and dealership leadership to support business goals

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of automotive parts department experience
Previous Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager, or Parts Department leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of automotive parts inventory management and purchasing
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across two dealership locations
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

Total annual compensation of $55,000-$75,000, including base salary and performance-based bonuses
