Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and handle procurement to support dealership or service center needs.
- Coordinate event planning for promotional activities, customer appreciation events, or staff gatherings to boost engagement.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and QuickBooks entries to ensure financial integrity.
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies.
- Oversee filing systems, medical office management (if applicable), and clerical tasks to uphold organizational standards.
- Ensure exceptional communication with clients and team members through effective phone etiquette and organizational skills.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in an office or administrative setting within the automotive or medical industry preferred.
- Strong background in office management with demonstrated skills in schedule management, vendor management, and bookkeeping.
- Experience with DMS accounting software and payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Prior involvement in event planning, human resources functions, and team management will set you apart.
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational prowess are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and filing systems is required.
- Previous office experience that includes clerical duties such as front desk operations and administrative support will be advantageous.
