Duties

Lead and motivate the service team to achieve high performance standards in vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and customer service.
Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and ensuring timely completion of repairs such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs.
Oversee automotive diagnostics and service writing to accurately estimate repairs and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs.
Foster strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service experiences and addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Proven extensive auto service management background demonstrating leadership in a busy automotive environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive diagnostics.
Expertise in automotive repair specialties including transmissions, oil changes, brake systems, alignments, suspensions, tire services, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repair.
Skilled in auto estimating software and service writing to generate accurate repair orders.
Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to upsell services ethically to enhance vehicle care and shop profitability.
Strong communication skills coupled with organizational abilities to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
