We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Service Manager to lead the service operations for our Nissan and Hyundai dealership. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, increase departmental profitability, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and service advisors.
We are seeking someone who can deliver outstanding customer service, build department morale, and promote operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the service department
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining manufacturer standards
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and promptly resolve customer concerns
- Maintain compliance with Nissan and Hyundai warranty, repair, and service policies
- Track key performance indicators including labor sales, gross profit, technician efficiency, CSI, and repair order quality
- Schedule workflow to maximize shop productivity
- Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service facility
- Advance a positive department culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management experience required
- Nissan and/or Hyundai dealership experience preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven ability to increase profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of dealership management systems
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Pay: $54,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
