Exclusive, established highline auto dealership located in South Florida is currently seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager. Qualified candidate must have experience in highline automobile sales in a dealership and previous automotive sales manager experience.

Work hours can vary. Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 8:00pm, Friday, 9:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, & Sunday, 11:00am – 5:00pm. There is a possibility of working past closing time depending on the needs of the department/customers.
- Job will entail mostly sitting working at a desk on a computer.
- Oversee the sales process with the Sales staff. Work with Sales staff and F&I Staff to desk and close deals. Scheduling of sales staff required.
- There will be some standing & walking with occasional bending and lifting of 20lbs.
- Job may entail getting in & out of vehicles for demonstrations.
- Must have product knowledge, understanding of sales processes, and excellent communication skills
- Must ensure Sales staff highlight product features and demonstrate vehicle operation
- Must ensure Sales staff greet customer, establish rapport, make inquiries about customer’s preferences, match these with vehicle models
- Must ensure Sales staff evaluate a trade, including safety evaluation and condition.
- Must ensure Sales staff test drive the vehicle with the customer
- May require completion of the buyer’s order, credit applications and loading customer information into the system.
- Must ensure Sales staff are aware of procedures and reporting requirements in accepting cash amounts
- Must ensure Sales staff inspect and road test the vehicle prior to delivery
- Must ensure Sales staff explain all operating controls and features, explain how customer obtains license plate and vehicle registration
- Must comply with dress code, be properly groomed, and professional in presentation
- Must be able to walk the lot and endure the weather conditions outside. The environment can either be in a controlled air conditioned building or outside.
