Responsibilities

Present finance, leasing, warranty, and protection products to customers.
Secure financing through a network of lending institutions.
Structure deals while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations.
Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Partner closely with the sales management team to ensure efficient deal flow.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience required.
Proven record of high production and strong F&I performance.
Excellent closing, communication, and customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of lender programs and dealership finance processes.
Experience with menu selling and aftermarket product sales.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
