Overview
We are seeking a Porter/ Service Driver , to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and repair, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing service Deliveries, and pick ups efficiently. Delivering parts and at times delivering out of state sales vehicles.

Automotive Service Department experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and Deliverng Parts and Vehicles, Answering phones, organization, great communication and follow through with excellent customer service skills. Helping with deliveries and customer pickups.
Utilize knowledge to covey recommendations and recommend appropriate services.
Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition, enhancing overall customer experience.
Collaborate with service advisors to ensure timely and effective Pick up and delivery.
Main Task of Perfect customer service through answering phones, scheduling and answering questions.
Maintain a clean and organized service area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
Knowledge of various automotive systems including air brakes, alignment, suspension, tire services, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and auto body repair is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
