This is a great opportunity for a parts manager that doesn't want the headaches of management but wants to earn the money.
Essential job functions: Answer our busy phones, quote and fill online orders, invoice and pull parts. Must consistently maintain accuracy on all paperwork, follow up with all orders. Must complete all required training. Comply with all company policies and safety rules.
Required skills:
- Prior wholesale parts experience a plus

- Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Must have experience with price matching programs
- CCC/OPSTRAX Experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right automotive parts and accessories using automotive diagnostics tools and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts inventory using CDK and MyKaarma.
- Process sales transactions accurately through cashiering and POS systems while handling cash, credit cards, or digital payments with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain organized stockrooms, ensure proper labeling, and conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating effective communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting parts specials or new products to enhance retail sales opportunities.
Skills
- CDK experience is a must
- Experience with CCC and or OPS Trax is helpful
- Experience with wholesale parts sales.
- At least 5 + years of Parts Specialist experience
- Ability to work M-F between 7 am and 5 pm . Some Saturdays when required
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Strong automotive diagnostics skills combined with a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Proven negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with automotive service processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and automotive repair workflows.
- Familiarity with dealership operations, retail math, marketing strategies, and automotive parts cataloging systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock control and maintenance tasks.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
