Key Responsibilities
- Assign repair orders based on technician skill levels and certifications
- Monitor daily shop workflow to reduce bottlenecks and downtime
- Coordinate with the parts department to prevent delays
- Track repair progress and relay timeline changes to service advisors
- Review completed repair orders for accuracy and proper documentation [1, 2, 3]
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior automotive dealership or shop experience preferred
- Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or dispatch software
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
