SERVICE ADVISOR

Graham Automotive Group is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery and understands that communication, accountability, and customer satisfaction are the foundation of a successful service department.
This position works with our Volkswagen, Audi, and Volvo brands and offers an opportunity to grow with one of Sioux Falls' most established automotive groups.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
- Prepare repair orders and estimates
- Communicate technician findings and repair recommendations
- Review inspections, photos, and videos with customers
- Provide regular updates throughout the repair process
- Follow up daily on vehicles delayed by parts, diagnosis, or repair completion
- Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and parts departments
- Manage customer expectations and promised completion times
- Explain completed repairs and charges at vehicle delivery
- Close repair orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo, or import experience is a plus

- Customers are informed throughout the repair process
- Daily communication is provided when repairs are delayed
- Repair orders are documented accurately and closed promptly
- Inspection results and recommendations are reviewed with every customer
- Strong CSI performance and positive customer feedback
