Responsibilities
- Responsible for making sure that all customer inquiries are responded to quickly ovre the internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Responsible for making sure that aggressive follow up is performed by the sales staff and that proper future follow up is put in place in the CRM.
- Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate would have experience in the Automotive Sales BDC, and/or extensive experience in outbound phone sales/marketing
- The position requires excellent phone and online communication skills as well as interpersonal collaboration and strong work ethic
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
