Automotive Sales Pros: Tired of the Grind? Come Play for a Better House

Dyer Auto Group • Full-time • Lake Wales, Florida, United States • $50.90k - $161.30k / year • 2m ago

Walk in and ask to speak with our GSM and Sales Manager, Davis or Jason, at Dyer Chevrolet Lake Wales. If you're an experienced automotive salesperson looking for a better dealership, come introduce yourself. We want to meet you.

You can sell. The question is whether you still enjoy where you're doing it.

You know the drill. The Saturday that never ends. The pay plan that mysteriously changes the month you finally crush it. The desk that treats every deal like a knife fight and every customer like a mark. You're good at this. You just stopped having fun somewhere around your third manager in two years.

We're Dyer Chevrolet in Lake Wales, part of the family-owned Dyer Auto Group. We've gone from one store in Vero Beach to a 290-person operation across Florida by doing the unglamorous thing really well: treating customers straight and treating our people like the professionals they are.

Let's be honest about one thing. This is car sales. There's pressure. There's always pressure. Anybody who tells you different is trying to recruit you with a fairy tale. The difference here isn't that the pressure disappears, it's that you're not carrying it alone, the deals are clean, and the house actually wants you to win.

Here's what "something better" really looks like:

A process customers trust, which means more repeat buyers, more referrals, and a phone that rings for you instead of you grinding cold ups all afternoon.
A pay structure worth your talent, with the volume and inventory of a serious Central Florida store behind you.
Owners and managers who are actually in the building. Approachable, invested, and straight with you about the standard. We're not for everyone. The pace is real and so is the accountability. If that scares you, no hard feelings, keep scrolling. If it sounds like a Tuesday, read on.
A real path up. Sales to finance to management, with coaching that's better than a shrug and a "go get 'em."
A name the community respects. Over half a million donated to local nonprofits, Habitat builds, hurricane relief. People buy from people they trust, and this badge opens doors before you say a word.

If you've got the experience, the hustle, and a craving for a place that respects all three, come talk to us. Worst case, you get a good cup of coffee and a look at the floor. Best case, you find the lot you should've been on years ago.
