A-Level Automotive Service Advisor$90,000–$185,000+ | Monday–Friday | A-Level Technicians | No Weekends

Are you an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to build trust with customers, sell needed repairs professionally, and keep a busy shop moving?

If you’re good at what you do, you already know that having great technicians behind you makes all the difference.

That’s exactly what we’re offering.

We’re a family-owned independent automotive repair business looking for an A-Level Service Advisor who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, confidently present recommended repairs, and build long-term relationships with our customers.

EARN $90K–$185K+

Our compensation is based on experience and ability, with earning potential of $90,000–$185,000+ for the right person.

We’re looking for an advisor who understands that this position is about much more than writing up repair orders.

Your job is to:

· Build trust with customers

· Understand their concerns and explain repairs clearly

· Professionally present technician recommendations

· Sell needed maintenance and repairs without pressure or gimmicks

· Build long-term customer relationships

· Communicate effectively with technicians

· Help keep the shop organized and productive

· Follow proven processes that create consistency and eliminate unnecessary chaos

YOU’LL HAVE A-LEVEL TECHNICIANS BEHIND YOU

One of the biggest advantages of working here is that you can stand behind the work you’re selling.

Our technicians provide the diagnostics and recommendations you need to confidently explain repairs to customers.

You don’t have to sell work you don’t believe in.

You don’t have to guess what’s wrong with a vehicle.

And you don’t have to constantly fight with technicians to get the information you need.

You have skilled technicians doing skilled work—and your job is to professionally communicate that value to the customer.

THIS IS A TEAM ENVIRONMENT

We believe a successful automotive shop isn’t built around one person.

It takes Service Advisors, technicians, and support staff working together.

We’re looking for someone who understands that when the team wins, everyone wins.

You’ll be expected to communicate well, support your teammates, and contribute to a professional environment where people actually want to come to work.

We do things differently from many repair shops.

We have established processes designed to create a more organized environment and reduce the chaos that can make automotive service so frustrating.

Experience in an independent automotive repair shop is strongly preferred.

IF YOU’RE ALREADY EMPLOYED, WE UNDERSTAND.

We know the best Service Advisors usually aren’t sitting around waiting for a job.

You’re probably already working somewhere.

So ask yourself:

Are you respected?

Are you treated fairly?

Do you have good technicians behind you?

Can you confidently sell the work you’re recommending?

Does your shop have a process that actually works—or are you constantly putting out fires?

If you feel like you’re valued primarily for what you can produce rather than for the experience and expertise you bring to the business, we should talk.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build something long-term with a team that depends on each other to succeed.
