Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced, results-driven Parts & Service Manager to lead our Rockport, Texas service operation. As our Parts & Service Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational success while developing a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

As the Parts & Service Manager, you will:

Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing Parts & Service team.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Parts and Service Department.
Create an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, manufacturers, and vendors.
Effectively manage technician scheduling and shop workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Monitor technician performance and department metrics to ensure operational excellence.
Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports.
Establish departmental goals and lead your team to meet or exceed them.
Ensure the department maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices within the RV and marine industries.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Experience managing a Parts and/or Service Department.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
A track record of improving productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
RV, marine, automotive, or powersports dealership experience is preferred.
