We are a Premium luxury and Exotic automotive dealership seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven professional who knows how to acquire, price, and move quality inventory — and who takes pride in doing it at the highest level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle department, from acquisition to retail
- Manage inventory mix, pricing strategy, and turn targets to maximize gross profit
- Source vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, lease returns, and direct purchases
- Lead, coach, and develop the used car sales team
- Collaborate with the F&I and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Monitor market trends and competitive pricing using live data tools
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in a franchise dealership environment
- Luxury/Exotic experience is a must
- Strong wholesale and auction expertise — you know how to buy right
- Proficiency CDK, VAUTO, OVE, Manheim platforms, myKarma
- Demonstrated ability to hit volume and gross profit targets Month over Month
- Exceptional negotiation skills, internal customers and External customers
- A client-first mindset that aligns with our luxury brand standard
