What You'll Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair requests accurately.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Present estimates and explain service recommendations in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding vehicle status and repair progress.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet performance goals related to customer pay sales, hours per repair order, and customer satisfaction.
QualificationsPreferred Experience
- Previous Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership or independent repair facility.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and computer software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient in the use of CDK & X-Time
