Responsibilities
- Present financing, leasing, and protection product options to customers in a professional and transparent manner
- Structure and secure competitive financing solutions through lender partnerships
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Maximize F&I performance through service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products
- Ensure accurate, complete, and fundable deal paperwork
- Collaborate closely with sales managers and sales consultants to create a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or related automotive finance position
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and deal structuring
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer-first service
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- AFIP Certification or advanced F&I training
- Proven history of achieving strong product penetration and profitability metrics
- Established lender relationships and industry connections
- Dealertrack, Vin Solutions, or related software experience
