Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed vehicle damage estimates using CCC and Audatex
- Handle supplements and work directly with insurance adjusters
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and insurance claims
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Order parts and ensure they are labeled and placed in the correct area
- Perform pre-scan and post-scan diagnostics
- Handle email correspondence, invoicing, and repair documentation
- Assist with front office organization and other daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an estimator in a body shop environment
- Strong knowledge of CCC and/or Audatex estimating platforms
- Familiarity with insurance procedures and DRP guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Clean driving record
- Valid drivers license
- legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
