Sales Associate

Compensation:

Pay plan will be based on experience with a base and commission per unit sold

Basic Duties:

Lead Management: Respond quickly to online vehicle inquiries, website forms, and chat messages.
Phone Communication: Answer incoming sales and service calls, and make outbound follow-up calls to past or prospective buyers.
Appointment Scheduling: Book firm showroom visits, test drives, or maintenance appointments and confirm them to reduce no-shows.
CRM Tracking: Log all customer interactions, notes, and preferences into the dealership's database.

-Manage dealer leads including new and old plus following with existing customer.

- Daily posting of vehicles for sale. (Facebook, instagram, TikTok etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right product to meet their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis a minimum of 5 monthly sales are expected to maintain employment

Skills:
- Strong customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals
