Fixed Operations Director
Join a premier luxury import dealership in Nashville as our Fixed Operations Director. This is a rare opportunity to lead exceptional service and parts teams in a high-volume, customer-first environment where genuine care for the client and operational excellence are the standard.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of service and parts departments to ensure operational efficiency and an outstanding customer experience. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, improve profit margins, and enhance customer satisfaction scores. Manage profit and loss statements, analyze financial data, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Recruit, train, and mentor technicians from express shop through master level as well as Service Advisors and Service and Parts Managers to build a high-performing team. Monitor key performance indicators including effective labor rate, absorption, technician productivity, retention, and customer satisfaction, then make data-driven decisions to improve overall performance. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty guidelines while maintaining premium shop processes that assure high fixed right first time scores. Collaborate with executive leadership and deliver clear presentations to senior management and factory representatives.
Qualifications 15+ years of progressive dealership fixed operations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior Service Director or equivalent role. Luxury or import brand experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage P&L, analyze performance data, and deliver exceptional CSI results. Proficiency with CDK or similar dealer management system required, along with strong Excel and reporting skills.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
