We are looking for someone who understands the heavy-duty truck industry, excels in developing relationships, and has a passion for leading a team.
You may already be managing an operation—or you may be a successful Service Manager, Parts Manager, Operations Manager, or other industry leader who is ready for the next opportunity. We are looking for an experienced leader who can bring valuable outside experience while learning our business, our people, and the Inland way of doing things.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Lead, coach, and develop our amazing team
- Maintain the positive culture built around teamwork, accountability, and respect
- Oversee parts and service operations
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Drive sales, profitability, and long-term growth
- Monitor expenses, inventory, and overall financial performance
- Recruit, develop, and retain great employees
- Set clear expectations and follow through
- Identify opportunities to improve the operation and customer experience
- Lead by example and be willing to jump in when the team needs you
You should have:
- Leadership or management experience in the heavy-duty truck, diesel, automotive, equipment, parts, or service industry
- Strong understanding of parts and/or service operations
- Strong business judgment and financial understanding
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on, approachable leadership style
