Kauai Division Manager
Lihue, HI | Full-time | $70,000–$85,000/year
Menehune Water Company is looking for a driven, detail-oriented leader to run the day-to-day show for our Kauai Division. If you thrive on keeping operations tight, people motivated, and customers happy, this is your next move.
What you'll do:
- Own daily operations across personnel, production, admin, and customer service
- Lead and develop your team — supervising, assigning, and reviewing work
- Keep production schedules, orders, and materials running smoothly
- Manage financials: invoices, deposits, expense reports, and budget input
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policy
- Be the go-to problem-solver, partnering with sales, vendors, and corporate
What you bring:
- 2+ years of management/supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and eligibility to obtain OSHA/HIOSH certification
- Sharp judgment, high integrity, and comfort with confidential info
- A self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told twice

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
