A well-established automotive dealership group on Florida’s Treasure Coast is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its leadership team.
We’re looking for someone who understands that great sales management is about much more than taking turns on the desk. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading from the floor, coaching a team, analyzing performance, managing inventory, and working closely with F&I to maximize every opportunity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and developing a high-performing sales team
- Managing the sales floor, including desking and deal strategy
- Driving both volume and gross while maintaining a strong customer experience
- Coaching salespeople through consistent one-on-ones, training, and accountability
- Monitoring inventory, pricing, aging, and market position
- Utilizing vAuto and other dealership tools to make informed inventory decisions
- Working closely with F&I to improve structure, profitability, and overall results
- Using CDK and dealership reporting systems effectively
- Tracking KPIs, identifying opportunities, and taking action based on the numbers
- Establishing clear expectations and following through with accountability
- Helping create an environment that is competitive, professional, energetic, and enjoyable
What We’re Looking For
The right candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management and the ability to lead by example.
You should be:
- Experienced in automotive retail sales management
- Comfortable working deals and managing a busy sales floor
- Strong with numbers, gross, volume, and profitability
- Knowledgeable about inventory management and market-based pricing
- Familiar with vAuto, CDK, and modern dealership technology
- A strong coach who knows how to develop people
- Organized and process-oriented
- Comfortable with accountability, scorecards, goals, and follow-up
- Collaborative with Sales, F&I, Service, and dealership leadership
- Competitive without creating a negative or toxic environment
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to lead.
Someone who can walk into a department, identify what is working and what isn't, establish a plan, get the team moving in the same direction, and produce measurable improvement.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
