The agent handles loaner coordination from greeting to return so clients stay on the road while their Porsche is being serviced. Day to day focus includes welcoming arriving service guests and walking them through loaner check out, taking incoming calls listening closely and resolving questions or concerns with professionalism, reminding scheduled clients in advance about the documents they need for a smooth arrival, supporting accident reports insurance claims and deductible collection when a loaner is involved, having the fleet staged by 11:00 a.m. cleaned fueled and parked in the correct spots, completing loaner contracts accurately and confirming license insurance and credit card details, inspecting units at departure and return and accounting for keys stock numbers and utilization, tracking RO numbers vehicle status and swaps in Dealerware and Excel, and working with outside body shops and rental partners to maintain loaner availability.

Candidates should have 1 or more years in a customer facing role with automotive or rental experience as a strong plus, a high school diploma or equivalent, comfort with Excel and Word and the ability to learn Dealerware quickly, clear written and verbal communication including calm de-escalation, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and enjoyment of keeping vehicles in the right place at the right time in a busy shop.
