Automotive loaner agent jobs Oregon or Audi service guest experience openings in Beaverton OR. Audi Beaverton, part of Sunset Imports, is seeking a Service Loaner Agent to serve as the face of the service department.
This role manages the service loaner fleet, and the first impression customers have when they trust the store with their vehicles. The agent coordinates loaners so every client stays mobile and satisfied while their vehicle is in the shop’s care. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting service customers promptly and guiding them through the loaner process, listening to customer needs handling inquiries and complaints with tact and managing high volume incoming calls, sending daily reminders to upcoming clients regarding required documentation for a smooth check in, assisting with accident reporting insurance claims and deductible collections if a loaner is damaged, staging vehicles daily so loaners are cleaned fueled and parked in designated areas by 11:00 a.m., executing loaner contracts with full accuracy while verifying driver’s licenses insurance and credit card information, performing vehicle walk arounds at check out and return and tracking stock numbers keys and unit utilization, using Dealerware and Excel to track RO numbers vehicle status and fleet swaps, and partnering with outside body shops and third party rental agencies to keep vehicles available.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role with automotive or rental car experience as a major plus, a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in MS Office Excel and Word and the ability to quickly learn dealership management software including Dealerware, exceptional verbal and written skills including the ability to de-escalate situations professionally, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and an organized tech savvy approach in a fast paced automotive environment.
