Internet Manager

Elder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Cedar Creek Is looking for a motivated, energetic and outgoing person to manage and enhance our internet sales department. This is a great opportunity for that specific person to have a very fulfilling career, and not have to fight the hours of the bigger metro located dealerships. This position comes with a base salary plus commission that will be paid based on monthly performance.

Job duties include, but may not be limited to:

Contacting, following up, and setting appointments with all inbound internet leads, campaign leads, or any other type of sales lead via email, phone or text.
Mastery of the Customer Retention Management (CRM) system
Daily follow up with sales leads that have either not been contacted or have not set an appointment.
Basic data entry
Enhancing the internet sales process to efficiently take care of the customers in a timely, but effective manner.
Monthly audit of lead providers and website conversions
May be asked to take sales calls from time to time if needed to do so.
Experience in a BDC or Internet sales department is preferred
Salary will be offered based on experience along with commission opportunities based on performance.
