Your Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality mobile and in-shop detailing jobs with professionalism and attention to detail
- Arrive on time and ready to work at each client location (within ~20 miles)
- Communicate clearly with clients before and after each job to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional results based on the service package and add-ons selected
- Build lasting relationships with customers and represent the Crox Detailing brand with pride
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional detailing experience
- Must be able to complete full interior and exterior details independently
- Experience with ceramic coating or paint correction is a plus
- Reliable personal transportation (car, van, or truck)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow with the company

Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract
Pay: $30.00 – $70.00 per hour (flat rate pay, 40% commission on in-person upsells, $10-$15 bonuses for positive reviews, 100% of tips)
