We specialize in luxury and high-end vehicles, including Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, and other premium automotive brands.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Outside Sales Representative to maintain and expand our established dealership relationships while developing new business opportunities throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen existing dealership relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities with automotive dealerships and industry partners.
- Build relationships with dealership general managers, service managers, service advisors, and other key personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership collision repair referrals.
- Coordinate customer referrals, repair scheduling, and vehicle transportation.
- Prepare accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell estimating software.
- Communicate effectively with dealership personnel, customers, and internal departments.
- Monitor dealership referral activity and identify opportunities for continued growth.
- Provide professional follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Represent Scott's Coach Works with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive industry experience required.
- Experience with CCC ONE estimating software strongly preferred.
- Collision repair estimating experience highly desirable.
- Existing automotive dealership relationships are a plus.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

This is a 100% commission-based position. Compensation is calculated as a percentage of total monthly shop gross profit. Actual earnings fluctuate with shop performance and are not guaranteed.
