Duties

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM tools like Vin Solutions to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize outreach efforts.
Conduct negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
Oversee business development initiatives by identifying potential partners, attending industry events, and exploring innovative sales channels.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver seamless solutions and support client success.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, management, and B2B sales environments with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strong knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, and account management strategies.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to analyze market data and customer insights for strategic planning.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.

Pay: $33,280.00 - $150,000.00 per year
