We are seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the central point of contact for scheduling, coordinating, and managing Repairs and Service operations. Your energetic approach will ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and parts departments while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate Equipment repairs and maintenance appointments with customers and service technicians
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, estimates, and completion times
Assist with upselling additional services or repairs that enhance equipment performance and safety
Manage service quotes, estimates, and invoicing accurately and timely
Track vehicle repair progress and update customers regularly on status and completion
Support mechanic teams with technical information related to diagnostics, transmissions, brake repair, oil changes, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and body repairs
Handle interdepartmental transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received

Experience

Dealership experience or automotive service management background preferred
Hands-on mechanic experience or automotive diagnostics knowledge highly valued
Familiarity with automotive repair processes including oil changes, transmission work, brake repairs, wheel alignments, suspension systems, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts replacements, auto body work and air brake systems
Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate technical information clearly
Experience in auto estimating software and service writing is a plus
