South SD number 1 used car dealer is looking for driven, energetic, and customer-focused Used Car Sales Professionals to join our high-volume dealership team. Located in one of San Diego County’s busiest auto sales corridors, we offer the inventory, traffic, and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers on the lot and online
Efficiently maintain CRM
Help customers find the right pre-owned vehicle to fit their needs and budget
Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-ins
Maintain product knowledge of all inventory
Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Requirements:

Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, but we will train the right candidate)
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Professional appearance and attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
