South SD number 1 used car dealer is looking for driven, energetic, and customer-focused Used Car Sales Professionals to join our high-volume dealership team. Located in one of San Diego County’s busiest auto sales corridors, we offer the inventory, traffic, and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the lot and online
- Efficiently maintain CRM
- Help customers find the right pre-owned vehicle to fit their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-ins
- Maintain product knowledge of all inventory
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, but we will train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
