Job description:

Career Concepts is recruiting for a well-established global manufacturing company seeking an experienced Parts Department Manager to lead and grow their parts department. This role is ideal for a strong manager with parts sales experience, excellent organizational skills, and a background in developing processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the parts sales team
Develop and implement department processes and SOPs
Oversee parts pricing, sales, inventory, and order processing
Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and KPIs
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Materials
Provide reporting and performance analysis
Ensure excellent service for internal and external customers

Qualifications:

Strong management experience
3+ years of heavy machine or parts sales experience
3+ years in mining, construction, or automotive
Experience with SOP development and implementation
Experience with forecasting and KPIs
Epicor or similar ERP experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
