Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Used Car Salesperson to join our automotive sales team. This is a commissions based position. In this role, you will be the driving force behind connecting customers with high-quality pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the entire sales process. Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline
Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable used vehicles
Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, financing options, and additional upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue
Manage inventory control by staying informed about available vehicles and ensuring accurate record-keeping using our software
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, follow-up communication, and personalized support
Present vehicle features confidently during public speaking opportunities or showroom visits to enhance customer engagement.

Skills

Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or B2B sales with a focus on high-end or used vehicles
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and phone etiquette for outbound calls and in-person interactions
Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining detailed records
Knowledge of automotive inventory control, retail math, and dealership operations is preferred
Experience with outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and upselling techniques
Familiarity with automotive marketing practices to attract new clients and retain existing ones
