Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling technicians and managing customer interactions in person, over the phone, or via email.
Write and review work orders, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high standards of organization and quality.
Strive for perfection in service delivery while fostering a team-oriented environment.
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and department performance.
Support staff training and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Proven experience in automotive repair or service management.
