Create an energetic, positive, and competitive sales environment focused on teamwork and results.
Actively engage with salespeople and customers throughout the sales process.

Desking Deals & Closing

Structure and desk new and pre-owned vehicle deals to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.

Monitor showroom traffic, internet leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.
Work closely with our BDC and internet sales teams to improve lead response, appointment show rates, and sales performance.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement processes that produce measurable results.
Help develop creative sales initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.

Dealer Trades & Daily Operations

Coordinate and manage new vehicle dealer trades, including locating vehicles, communicating with other dealerships, and arranging transactions.
Assist with daily sales department operations and ensure an efficient, organized sales process.
Collaborate with ownership and other department managers to accomplish dealership objectives.

Marketing & Social Media

Work with our marketing team and sales consultants to increase dealership visibility and customer engagement.
Encourage and coordinate salesperson participation in vehicle walkaround videos, social media content, and digital marketing initiatives.
Help generate creative ideas to promote inventory, build salesperson brands, and attract new customers.
Support efforts to grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
