Economy Plus Auto Sales is expanding. Our Rockford location is brand new, fully stocked, and ready to dominate the market. We operate two locations and continue to grow. Now we are looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Consultant who wants to earn serious money and build a real career in automotive sales.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait position. This is for someone competitive, hungry, and motivated to win.
Compensation
- $300 commission per vehicle sold
- Unlimited earning potential
- No cap on how many cars you can sell
- High-volume inventory across two locations
- Real opportunity to grow into leadership
If you sell 15 cars in a month, that is $4,500.
If you sell 20 cars, that is $6,000.
Your income is directly tied to your performance.
What You Will Do
- Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally
- Follow up with internet and phone leads immediately
- Set appointments and confirm showroom visits
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Overcome objections with confidence and product knowledge
- Work with management to structure and close deals
- Follow up after the sale to build repeat and referral business
- Maintain CRM notes and customer records accurately
You are expected to create urgency, build rapport, and close deals.
