Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall is looking for an experienced Used Car Salesperson ready to produce at a high level. We have the inventory, traffic, and tools. We need someone who can close.
This is a high-volume opportunity with strong earning potential for the right person.
What you’ll do:
- Work showroom, internet, and phone leads
- Build value and guide customers through the buying process
- Demonstrate vehicles and present options clearly
- Handle objections and close deals
- Follow up consistently to drive appointments and repeat business
- Maintain CRM activity and customer communication
- Work with management on pricing, trades, and deal structure
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in used car sales
- Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections
- High energy and self-motivated
- Organized with solid follow-up habits
- Comfortable working leads from multiple sources
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
