The Opportunity
You’ll join a dealership with Ford and Stellantis brands - Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram - with the systems and support to absolutely crush it. Spirit Lake is in Iowa’s Great Lakes region - a beautiful, tight-knit community where customers become long-term clients and relationships drive repeat business. Less noise, more opportunity.
You’ll have real leadership, real training, and the autonomy to build your book of business the right way - without corporate bureaucracy holding you back.
What We're Looking For
Someone with automotive experience who’s already proven they can sell. You know how to engage customers, handle objections, and close with confidence. But beyond the skills, we need someone who’s genuinely hungry - someone who outworks the competition and sees opportunity where others see obstacles.
