Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team specializing in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and technical sales to expand our market presence.
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies to identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts through effective account management.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by providing tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data for insights, and optimize sales processes.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
