What You Will Lead
- All internet leads (OEM, website, third-party)
- Inbound and outbound call operations
- Appointment setting and confirmation processes
- CRM management (DriveCentric)
- BDC staff hiring, training, and accountability
- Sales and service appointment growth
What Success Looks Like
- Lead response times under 5 minutes
- Appointment set rate 50%+
- Appointment show rate 60%+
- Increased showroom traffic
- Increased internet sales volume

Compensation

Requirements
- Automotive dealership BDC experience REQUIRED
- Prior BDC Manager or Team Lead experience preferred
- Strong CRM experience (DriveCentric preferred)
- Proven track record of lead conversion success
- Strong leadership and accountability skills
