About the Role
Nissan of Lewisville, under new ownership, is hiring a top-tier New Car Sales Manager. We are not looking for average or mid-level managers. Only candidates with a documented record of leading high-volume Nissan (or equivalent) dealerships to top performance will be considered. This role requires a builder and a closer—someone who can recruit, shape, and drive a championship-caliber sales team.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and retain a high-performance sales force
- Consistently deliver top-of-market sales results in volume and profitability
- Establish strict accountability processes for sales performance
- Partner with finance and used car operations to maximize dealership growth
- Drive culture, training, and execution to outperform competition
- Set the standard by leading from the front
Qualifications
- Proven Nissan sales management success required (top 20% store or better)
- Strong record of building sales teams that exceed objectives
- Advanced knowledge of dealership finance and used operations preferred
- Exceptional leadership, closing, and coaching skills
- Only candidates with executive-level sales management experience will be considered
