Carworx is expanding its footprint in Texas and is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to operate out of our Houston Distribution Centre. This role is focused on growing the automotive refinish and industrial paint markets across Texas through a combination of direct-to-consumer sales and distribution partner development.
This is a hands-on, field-driven role for a sales professional who understands coatings, knows how to build a territory, and is comfortable working directly with body shops, manufacturers, fabricators, and distributors.
Brands You Will Represent
- Carworx – A leader in automotive refinish paint sundries, supplying body shops with high-performance abrasives, masking solutions, consumables, and refinishing accessories.
- BESA – A premium industrial paint and coatings line, used across multiple manufacturing sectors including sign manufacturing, metal fabrication, industrial equipment, OEM manufacturing, and specialty applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the automotive refinish and industrial coatings market across Texas
- Sell directly to end users:
- Collision repair centers
- Manufacturers, fabricators, and industrial users
- Develop and support distribution partners throughout Texas
- Drive new business through prospecting, demos, trials, and on-site support
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations, application support, and training for customers and distributors
- Work closely with the Houston Distribution Centre to support logistics, inventory flow, and customer needs
- Meet and exceed sales growth targets and KPIs
- Maintain strong communication with Carworx Head Office
- Travel throughout Texas and occasionally within the USA for trade shows, meetings, and training
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Automotive refinishing / collision repair sales
- Industrial coatings sales
- Manufacturing or OEM coatings
- Strong technical understanding of coatings, surface preparation, and application processes
- Proven ability to build a territory and grow market share
- Experience selling both direct to end users and through distribution is a strong asset
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Texas and Oklahoma

Work Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Travel: Texas-focused (Dallas, San Antonio, Austin) with occasional U.S. travel
- Work Location: Field-based, supported by Houston Distribution Centre
